Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum order value is required.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days from the date of order. Once your order is placed before 2:00 PM, we begin processing it the same day. Handling takes 1–2 days and delivery takes a further 3–5 days.

What is your order cut-off time?
Our cut-off time is 2:00 PM GMT, Monday to Sunday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing the following day.

Do you process orders on weekends?
Yes. We process and dispatch orders Monday to Sunday, 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM, excluding UK public holidays.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

My order has not arrived — what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at contact@chandniboutique.shop or call +44 1274 626355 and we will investigate immediately.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

How do I start a return?
Contact us before sending anything back. Email contact@chandniboutique.shop or call +44 1274 626355 with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Is return shipping free?
Yes. A prepaid return label is included in every order. Return shipping is free for all returns.

Can I return sale items?
No. Items marked as Final Sale or Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I return accessories?
No. Accessories including jewellery, hair accessories, and scarves cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How long does my refund take?
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to show the refund in your account.

How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or colour where stock is available. Contact us using the details above to request an exchange.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Contact us immediately at contact@chandniboutique.shop with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free return and offer you a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Can I return an item in store?
Yes. You are welcome to return items in person at our Bradford store during opening hours — Monday to Sunday, 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM. Please bring the item in its original condition along with proof of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, and Visa Electron.

Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our website and all transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

When is payment taken?
Payment is taken in full at the time your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed.

What currency do you charge in?
All prices are displayed and charged in British Pounds (GBP £).

My payment was declined — what should I do?
Please check your card details, billing address, and available funds. If the problem continues, try a different payment method or contact your bank. You are also welcome to contact us for assistance.

Can I cancel my order after payment?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our standard return policy will apply.
